• Perform weekly periodic check of wavelength adjustment, when it is suspected to have changed.
• Check 0 and 100% T every time you are going to read and when the wavelength changes.
• The desired wavelength is selected.

Maintenance and conservation of Fluorometers

• Cleaning of the interference and secondary fluorescence filters.
• Cleaning of internal fluorescence patterns.
• Replace the lamps.
• Changing the fuses.
• Cleaning and/or change of infrared filter.
• Any other maintenance or repair operation may only be performed by a Technical Support Specialist.
